Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the site, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished making your selection(s), click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Shipping And Handling
Royal Mail Airmail: Delivery can take between 3 and 5 working days.
For the US, Canada and other international customers, there is a charge of €14.50 per item (8-12 days). For European customers delivery is 3-5 working days and is charged at €9.00 per item.
Delivery Schedule
Items are dispatched immediately; therefore delivery will normally be within 48 hours in the UK, 3-5 days in Europe, and 5-8 days in Canada and the U.S. The special next day delivery service for UK orders guaranteees delivery before 5:30pm. The courier service for US, Canada and International customers delivers in approximately 2-5 working days.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.We also require the credit card 'security number' - a 3-digit number that you will find on the signature strip on the back of all credit cards (on AmEx cards a 4-digit number on the front).This is a fraud prevention measure that ensures only the card holder can buy goods using that card number. When you pay for orders with a credit card, you will be asked to enter this security number at the checkout stage of the order process. We will be unable to process your order without this information.
